Bus and Coach Association on coroner's report into Turoa crash

The Coroner's report says the accident that killed 11-year-old Hannah Francis was largely the driver's fault, but there were other factors too. She recommends regulators take another look at making seatbelts mandatory on alpine buses. Bus and Coach Association chief executive Ben McFadgen says many operators are resisting.
