ACC is being accused of having a widespread problem of staff accessing the files of sexual abuse survivors without good reason.
One advocate believes her own privacy has been breached about 30 times by staff clicking into her file, simply because she was representing an ACC claimant.
It follows revelations by RNZ of a man's shock at discovering more than 90 ACC workers had looked at his child sexual abuse claim more than 350 times since the file was closed.
