The Waikato region had its first 24 hours without a new community case since it went into a snap lockdown last week.
There are currently 31 active cases in the community, with the highest number - 16 - in Raglan.
The region will remain in alert level 3 until at least Thursday. But with zero new cases, a lower alert level may be on the horizon.
Raglan Ward Councillor Lisa Thomson spoke to Kim Hill.
