A vegan oats recipe has made it to the Top of the Pots in the World Porridge Making Championships.
Food blogger Miriam Groot's "Oatmeal Arancini", deep fried balls of oaty risotto with mushrooms and vegan cheese, has been elected this year's winner by the porridge committee.
The runner-ups were a Baked Oat Alaska, and Japanese-fusion oats with a curry sauce including chocolate.
