Anti-vaccination protesters appeared outside Taita College in the the Hutt Valley while students were arriving to on Wednesday.
Members of the group Voices for Freedom are standing at the entry to the school with signs saying 'can we trust the media?' and "vaccines are bioweapons".
Taita College will become a vaccination station on Thursday, as part of a partnership with a local pharmacy.
RNZ spoke to some students who were confused and concerned, while others were laughing.
Police were at the school, and teachers were helping students to get inside.
