Consumer NZ complains to Commerce Commission about retirement villages

A consumer watchdog says many retirement villages promise that resthome-level care will be available to residents when they need it, but fail to deliver when that happens.

Consumer NZ says it's now lodged a complaint with the Commerce Commission, which it wants to investigate retirement villages' aged care claims.
