Parents across much of the country are having to get back into the routine of making school lunches again this morning.
But bear a thought for those in Auckland who are facing a week or two more of home learning. Tiriana Allison has two children, Shavarn and Waimarie, at Randwick Park School in Manurewa.
She told education correspondent John Gerritsen a routine and bit of fun will be the key to keeping her girls motivated and learning.
