The continued "pause" on MIQ vouchers has been met with anger and frustration from New Zelanders wanting to return home.
Stephanie Kirkness is in London and wants to come home to see her elderly parents.
She delayed a trip home last year - waiting until she and they were fully vaccinated.
Now, she feels time is running out, and says there are "no pause buttons in life".
