Covid-19: Minister on outbreak's impact on pacific community

The government is today scrambling to find enough specialist care for Covid-19 patients in Auckland.

There are 32 Covid-19 patients in hospital, eight of whom are in intensive care, and city health authorities have asked for nursing help to be sent from other parts of the country.

Just over 70 percent of the Covid-19 cases in the current outbreak are Pasifika.
