People who may have been given mostly saline instead of the Pfizer vaccine at the Highbrook Vaccination Centre in July.
RNZ has revealed that five people may have received a harmless saline injection by mistake. The incident happened on the 12 July, but none of the 732 people vaccinated was told until now.
Fiona Tolich says she is disgusted that she has only just discovered she was one of the five involved, and she wants heads to roll.
Others, however, say it's important first to get full technical reports about what happened.
