A longer gap between the first and second Pfizer vaccine jabs looks increasingly likely.
The government is examining the case for changing the three-week delay between the two doses to up to eight weeks. Some with vaccination bookings are already changing their appointments to extend the time between shots.
But given the chances of a Delta-driven outbreak happening here sooner rather than later, how prudent is that?
