Veteran runner Nick Willis is preparing to enter a new phase of his career with five Olympics now under his belt.
The 38-year-old from Hutt Valley got as far as the semi-finals of the 1500-metres in Tokyo last week - running a new season best time - but not fast enough to secure a spot in the medal race.
Speaking afterwards, Willis said while he's not retiring, he also won't be putting any pressure or expectations on himself when it comes to qualifying for future events.
He told RNZ's Maja Burry that shift will take some adjusting to.
