New Zealand's much discussed brain drain has turned into a 'brain-gain' - at least for now, according to new research published by the Helen Clark Foundation.
According to the 44-page work's author, Holly Walker, the country has just notched up a net gain of more than 16,000 returning Kiwis over the past year.
That would be the first such increase in more than 20 years.
