A student job recruiter says it's unprecedented times for the labour market, as youth unemployment drops and job listings soar.
Unemployment has dropped to 4 percent - the lowest in nearly a year.
For those aged between 20 and 24 the news is even better - it's down from 10 percent earlier this year to just over 6 percent.
