Concerns over popularity of possibly-inaccurate menstrual tracking apps

Doctors are worried that thousands of people are relying on menstrual tracking apps that are not accurate.

The Health Research Council is funding a study on the apps to check how sound their predictions and advice are.

Doctors say the popularity of the health-trackers has skyrocketed in recent years, especially among those who are trying to get pregnant.
