Consumer NZ says Kiwis unhappy with insurance should complain

Consumer New Zealand has a message for those who feel they're getting dud service from their insurance company -... complain.

A damning Financial Markets Authority report condemned the industry's indifference towards improving its treatment of customers.

The review found 95 percent of our insurers were operating below expectation and there had been little improvement over the last three years.
