US media are claiming that New Zealand is now part of a global alliance that will take on a threat posed by Chinese state-sponsored cyber attacks.
In a release timed to match a statement from the US and other countries, the government here says it has uncovered evidence of Chinese state-sponsored cyber attacks in New Zealand.
