The Government is committing six hundred thousand dollars in emergency relief to the districts of Buller and Marlborough to help deal with the flooding.
The announcement came after Acting Minister for Emergency Management Kris Faafoi and Agriculture Minister Damien O'Connor flew across Buller yesterday afternoon to inspect the damage.
