Vaccinators will have to inject one person a minute at the country's first mass vaccination event at the end of July.
Just 12 health workers will immunise 15,000 people over three days at the Vodafone Events Centre in Manukau starting from 30 July.
As plans for the general roll out ramp up, the first big company vaccinations are set to go - if the doses arrive on time - while as many as 100 South Auckland GP clinics will start giving the shots.
