A decision by ACC to close down its sensitive claims unit has infuriated some therapists who say it will leave survivors of sexual violence worse off.
They are also calling the closure a nasty surprise with some just finding out a few weeks ago.
ACC says the sector was widely consulted about the change that came into effect last September.
It means a claimant has their case dealt with by a team instead of one dedicated person.
