Humanitarian organisations are welcoming a unilateral ceasefire in the Ethiopian region of Tigray but say hundreds of thousands of people remain in dire need.
It follows nearly eight months of fighting between the Tigray People's Liberation Front - who have declared victory - and central government forces.
About 1.5 million people have been displaced by the fighting.
