Luxon not convinced by three waters plan

There's trouble brewing for the new Three Waters plan before the ink's barely dry, with a number of Councils already voicing their reservations.

The Government's proposing to merge dozens of council-controlled patches into four mega entities, dramatically changing the way drinking, waste and storm water's managed.

National Party local government spokesperson Chris Luxon told political editor Jane Patterson he's not convinced it'll deliver the benefits of scale promised, alongside other potential problems.
