An illegal cycle way is back in the suburb of Berhampore in Wellington this morning, after being removed by the council last night.
Volunteers from Cycle Wellington have re-built what they are calling a pop-up bike lane using planter boxes along Adelaide Road outside the well used football venue Wakefield Park.
The council says the boxes are unsecured and are actually a danger and can't be kept in their present form.
