There was a lingering sense of shock among Dunedin shoppers last night following the stabbing attack.
RNZ spoke to people outside another Countdown in Dunedin in Andersons Bay.
One shopper, who did not want to be named, told reporter Anan Zaki he expected to see a lot of security but that wasn't the case.
