Search underway for 4yo missing in Tolaga Bay

A full-scale search for a missing four-year-old boy is underway in Tolaga Bay on the East Coast. The police and volunteers have been looking for the boy, named Axel, since late yesterday afternoon when he was reported to have walked off from his home. Reporter Amy Williams has the details.
