$1b saved from Covid-19 response reallocated in budget

The government has reprioritised close to $1 billion that it's saved from the country's Covid-19 Response and Recovery Fund ahead of this month's Budget. Finance Minister Grant Robertson made the announcement during his pre-Budget speech to the Wellington Chamber of Commerce this morning. Deputy political editor Craig McCulloch was there.
