An Auckland property owner says she has been left helpless and drained by her four year fight to stop a wrongly installed extractor system from spewing smoke into her store.
Smoke, smells and greasy drips constantly bother her tenants, who run a city dairy.
Auckland Council has long acknowledged the ducting isn't lawful but so far, no action has been taken.
