There are now three cases connected to the most recent border breach despite vaccination efforts.
A third worker at the Grand Millennium managed isolation facility in Auckland was confirmed with Covid-19 last night.
The Ministry of Health says the new case will be called Case C. Case A is a cleaner who tested positive on 21 March, and Case B is a security guard who tested positive the second week of April.
All cases are genomically linked to a returnee who arrived on the 13 March.
