MIQ vacancies could be used for families of NZ citizens - Prime Minister

From Morning Report, 6:42 am on 1 April 2021

The Prime Minister has indicated that if vacancies in MIQ continue, the government will consider allowing family members of New Zealand citizens into the country.

Hundreds of managed isolation vouchers are now available for April after no vacancies were expected to free up until June.

Ardern told Corin Dann she wasn't aware of any particular reason for the increased availability.
