Crowds at Super Rugby Aotearoa matches have so far failed to match the sell out stadiums seen last year.
Even blockbuster fixtures such as the top of the table Crusaders vs Blues match a week ago only managed a half full Eden Park, compared with average crowds of more than 30,000 in 2020.
As Conan Young reports, the downturn is being seen as more of a return to normal than cause for concern.
