Little support for new housing policy in Bay of Plenty

The Government's new housing policy has been slammed by Bay of Plenty first home buyers, rental agents and property investors alike. The sweeping changes, designed to tip buying power back in favour of first home buyers, were unveiled on Tuesday But, as Jean Bell reports, there are complaints coming in from all corners of the market.
