Enough from investors, NZ should pay attention to mum and dad renters - Swarbrick

A Green MP says there's been too much attention paid to investors in the housing crisis, and not enough to Mum and Dad renters.

The government yesterday unveiled measures, including doubling of the bright-line test, aimed at slowing rapidly rising house prices.

It sparked the ire of many investors, but Auckland MP Chloe Swarbrick says the plight of renters is equally important.

She spoke to Corin Dann.
