Across Myanmar, protestors continue to face up to military forces despite violent clashes on Sunday.
Security forces killed at least 18 civilians in several cities including Yangon, Dawei and Mandalay while hundreds more were injured when police used live rounds and tear gas to subdue crowds.
For weeks, protestors have peacefully occupied the streets follwing a military coup on the 1 February - a coup that civilians broadly do not support.
