A prison reform lobby group is rejecting claims made by the Minister of Corrections that its pamphlet incites disorder at prisons.
A pamphlet produced by People Against Prisons Aotearoa that has recently been found at Spring Hill, encourages prisoners to peacefully protest to improve their living conditions.
Kelvin Davis says the pamphlet is concerning as it incites disorder, putting Corrections staff at risk.
People Against Prisons Aotearoa spokesperson Emilie Rakete told Meriana Johnsen that Davis is wrong.
