Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei is leading a peaceful hīkoi to the Tāmaki Makaurau High Court.
The iwi is upset that the Crown is using land within its rohe to compensate another iwi - Hauraki-Maratūāhu - for breaches of the Treaty of Waitangi.
