Washington DC streets highly secured during Inauguration

Thousands of troops are on the streets in Washington DC and much of the central city is closed off as the Inauguration takes place. RNZ correspondent Kate Fisher is outside the Capitol in Washington DC, she speaks with Māni Dunlop.
