Two people have died after car travelling the wrong way on the Wellington Urban Motorway crashed into another vehicle this morning.
The crash occurred on the flyover between the Molesworth Street and Aotea Quay on-ramps - that section of the motorway is expected to be closed for a while.
The Transport Agency, Waka Kotahi says commuters into the Capital should expect delays of up to an hour.
