A new exhibition in New Plymouth offers a stark interpretation of the impact of colonisation on Maori. Subtitled - 'a cautionary tale about human endeavour in Aotearoa New Zealand' - it pulls no punches in drawing parallels between the land wars, confiscation and environmental and economic problems of the present day.
