The Government is feeling the pressure from all sides, with critics calling its latest border measures both too strong and too weak.
The new rules, announced yesterday, mean nearly all New Zealanders living abroad will soon have to show a negative Covid-19 test before boarding their flight home.
They'll also be tested on arriving in the country - and then again on day 3 and day 12 of isolation.
