The Police Association President says the Police now needs to step up and enact the change they're promising.
A survey, released yesterday, found one in four staff have experienced bullying from within the organisation in some form.
Forty percent of police staff took part in the online questionnaire, and while over 80 percent thought the force was a great place to work, it also flagged issues about how complaints are handled.
A third of people said they didn't bother reporting their experience, with the main reason being a lack of faith that it would lead to a positive outcome.
Police Commissioner Andrew Coster says he was taken aback by the number of people who said they had been bullied.
