From Morning Report, 7:23 am on 16 December 2020

Holidaymakers are being warned to have backup plans if they're not able to return home during the summer break because of Covid-19.

The warning is part of planning in case a Covid-19 outbreak means sudden restrictions on movement around the country.

Chris Hipkins is Covid-19 Response Minister.
