Christchurch terror attack report: Islamic Women's Council welcomes early release to victims

How a lone gunman managed to build up an arsenal of high powered weapons and commit this country's worst act of terrorism, all the while seemingly under the radar of the intelligence services, are questions that could be answered today.

This afternoon the findings of the Royal Commission into the Christchurch terror attacks are made public.

A spokesperson for the Islamic Women's Council, Anjum Rahman, told Conan Young she welcomes victims being given a copy of the report ahead of time, but they should also have been provided with legal help.
