New literacy, numeracy standards could be too tough - teachers

From Morning Report, 7:18 am on 30 November 2020

They are being introduced after a study found 40 percent of teens with NCEA Level 2 cannot read, write or do maths well enough to pass a test of basic adult literacy and numeracy.
