The handover from the presidency of Donald Trump to Joe Biden has begun - three weeks after the presidential election.
Trump took to Twitter to say that while he acknowledged that the handover is happening, he still believes he was the victim of what he continues to call a rigged election.
The sign off by the General Services Administration now means funds are available to Biden to begin preparations to assume office, and he's begun to announce who he will seek to appoint to key cabinet positions.
