The public will learn more about a new cluster the the Ministry of Health is calling the November Quarantine Cluster on Monday.
The cluster started when a quarantine worker at Auckland's Jet Park facility from the Defence Force tested positive for the virus on Friday.
A second Defence Force employee in Wellington now has the illness.
Epidemiologist Michael Baker says he wants a more sophisticated border to cut down on future risks.
