Donald Trump concession will come - Rick Santorum

Outgoing US president Donald Trump continues to insist that the election has been stolen from him by Joe Biden's Democratic Party.

The president has threatened to unleash a barrage of legal action to, in his words, "ensure election laws are fully upheld and the rightful winner is seated".

Some Trump supporters flocked to state capitols over the weekend in an effort to delegitimise the vote count.
