Britain's Covid-19 cases have surpassed one million and the couttry now has the highest death toll in Europe.
From Thursday, English households will head back into lockdown for atleast four weeks as the government tries to stem the spread of the virus.
All non essential retail and hospitality businesses will close. Schools, colleges and universities will stay open.
