In Canada, two people have been killed and five more are injured in a horrific Halloween night stabbing spree.
Officials have likened the event to the Quebec City Mosque attack in 2017 although no link has been made.
Police arrested a man in medieval costume early on Sunday morning in Quebec Old Town where the attacks took place. In a media conference on Sunday, police outlined the specifics of the case.
