Faced with axing one of its premier events due to Covid-19, the Taranaki creative community has instead combined its celebrated Garden Festival with its lesser-known cousin - the Taranaki Arts Trail.
It's hoped the integrated festival which kicks off today will give punters even more reason to visit the region.
