America's Cup defenders Team New Zealand are incensed by the removal of two spectator-friendly courses that were to be used for next year's America's Cup.

The regatta's arbitration panel has said no to courses close to North Head and North Shore beaches in Auckland's Waitemata Harbour, where it was hoped thousands of spectators would gather for a close-up view of the action.

The remaining courses are further from shore, reducing the impact for live audiences and watering down the television imagery.
